The technical center consists of 23 professional technical personnel. There are 3 senior titles of technical post granted, 14 medium-grade professional titles granted, 4 graduate students, 2 both professors and doctors. We cooperate with Material Science&Engineering College of Shandong University, and engage their experts to supply technical support for the metal abrasive technical research and exploiting.
The technical center has abundant technical strength and advanced research and exploiting facility, engage in the metal abrasive research and exploiting, operate as the research, exploiting, application of cast steel shot, cast steel grit ,steel cut wire shot, stainless shot, zinc shot, alloy aluminum cut wire shot, Aluminum cut wire shot etc. metal abrasive for blast cleaning, shot preening. We also engage in the updated production craft, equipments and raw material research and exploiting, for witch we have exported one full set of steel grit ,steel shot production line to Vietnam. We are one of the members to establish the four national standards: high carbon cast steel shot, steel grit, low carbon steel grit, steel descaling grade, and shot blasting steel material surface roughness; attend national shot blasting standard technical committee, undertake the establishment of shipyard, steel structure, casting, steel pipes etc. shot and sand blasting fields industry and national standards.

| Kaitai Institute is launched by Shandong Kaitai Metal Abrasive Co.,Ltd. Material Science and Engineering College of Shandong University and Machinery College of Jinan University are our technical support.Qingdao Foundry Machinery Group and Jinan Foundry and Forging Insititute are our cooperation units.To provide professional blasting(peening)shot technical proposal.Meanwhile, it also could help customer choose reasonable ratio of abrasive programme and reduce customer cleaning cost and improve customer’s overall competitiveness .In order to achieve win-win, strategy goal of common development |
